No car comes in without an order. None leaves without a final torque.
The operating system for the shop that wants to deliver on time, stop redoing work, and know what its hour really costs.
Four problems no shop solves by talking about them
They are the same in Springfield, in Guadalajara and in Bogotá, and always in this order.
Because the date was promised before the diagnosis. Here you cannot: before the diagnosis you only promise a diagnosis time. The date comes after, with the shop real load in front of you.
Every warranty claim records its root cause, and the comeback rate calculates itself. Nothing leaves without the final check-list signed by someone other than the tech who did the work.
The clock starts and stops with one button. A tech cannot be on two cars at once. That is where efficiency, productivity and effective labor rate come from, and none of them exist without measuring.
The shop hour cost comes from real fixed costs, not from the ones somebody typed in once. If what was typed drifts from what the expense book says, the platform tells you before the year is gone.
The car does not move forward because someone says so: it moves because the step is done
Each step closes with what actually closes it. No intake mileage, no intake. No written approval, no work. No exit check-list signed by someone else, no delivery. That is what a shop cannot hold together by talking.
Your shop, with its own page and the car live
Both come straight out of what you already have inside. Nothing to write, nothing to design.
Your shop page
Your own address with what you do, what each service costs, your hours and what customers said on the way out. You switch it on in Settings and it is up the same day.
See a real oneThe live page for the car
Every order gets a link. The customer opens it whenever they want and sees which step their car is on, what was found and what it adds up to. They stop calling three times.
See a real oneNo install, online or offline, with a locked copy on the server
It opens in the shop browser and works there, even when the internet drops. Every change goes up, locked, to our server: if the computer breaks, the shop opens complete on another one. We do not read it unless you ask.
The day
Board, work orders and schedule. Which car is in which bay, which one was promised for today, and which one has sat three days with nobody writing a note.
Customers
Every vehicle history, the three-day follow-up call and seasonal campaigns, with the image ready to post.
And where each customer came from, which is the only thing that tells you which channel works and which one you are paying for nothing.
The shop
Services with their hours, a stock room with consumption recipes, purchasing and suppliers. The part comes off inventory by itself, with nobody keying anything in.
The money
Daily cash, expenses, payroll with each country burden, profit and loss, and accounts payable.
And an eight-week cash-flow forecast, because a shop does not go under by losing money: it goes under by running out of cash on a Tuesday.
Direction
The week on one screen: how it went and what to do, ordered by the money at stake. It cuts off at six, because nobody works through a list of eleven.
People
Hiring, files, skills by technician, training and certifications with their expiry dates. Everyone sees their own: a technician sees money on no screen at all.
- No vehicle comes in without an open, signed work order.
- No additional work without written approval. A text message counts if it is transcribed.
- No part is bought without the deposit covered.
- The delivery date is promised after the diagnosis. Never before.
- Nothing leaves without the check-list signed by someone other than the tech who did the work.
- Nothing leaves without the balance paid.
- The customer talks to the service advisor, not to the technician.
Today that takes three programs that do not talk to each other
A shop that wants work orders, inventory and invoicing ends up paying three subscriptions, logging into three places and typing the same thing three times. This is the bill for the cheapest combination that actually does the job, at the prices each company publishes today.
With separate programs
- AutoLeap EssentialsWork orders. Inventory sits in the tier above.$199
- Zoho Inventory StandardInventory, separately.$29
With Torque Final Controla
All in one, and it invoices where you work.
In the United States it is not cheaper: it is about the same, but in one place and without typing anything twice.
Prices published by each company on its own pricing page on 15 October 2026, the cheapest plan that does the job. Mitchell 1 does not publish prices, so it is not here. Dollars converted to Colombian pesos at the 15 October TRM, 3,197.65, and to Mexican pesos at the Banxico FIX of the same day, 18.4250. None of those prices include local tax, and neither does Torque Final: both columns are compared before tax.
Three steps. You start wherever the shop is
No lock-in. You move up a step when the shop needs it, not when we say so.

What every shop asks first
Do I have to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on the shop computer or phone and works there, even when the internet goes down. Every change is uploaded encrypted to our server: if the computer dies, the shop opens whole on another one.
What if it is not for me?
Fourteen days free, all of it, no card. If you stop, your data downloads as a file and leaves with you. We do not hold it hostage.
Who sees what I write?
Nobody. The copy that goes to the server is encrypted and we do not open it unless you ask us to, in writing.
Does it work in Mexico or the United States?
Yes: each country with its currency, its tax, its tax ID and the trade words as they are said there. It is not a translation.
Will I have to fight my technicians?
That is the first thing that happens, which is why the clock starts with one button and nothing else. By the second week the one who does not log is the one who looks bad, not you.
Look at the demo first. Then we talk
It is a complete shop with a year of work inside: orders, stock, campaigns and the numbers of the business. Nothing to install and nothing to fill in to see it.
